Where's Sarah before she married Joseph?

Sarah Norman married Joseph Ladkin Q2 1861 Leicester.

According to census info 1871 and 1881 she was born c1838-9 Oadby, Leics.

Is anyone please able to ascertain when and where she was born, her parents etc?

According to her marriage certificate Sarah's father was James, a FWK. This matches with the baptism of Sarah on 14th Feb 1836 in Oadby to James and Ann. James is described as a Labourer. It is possible Sarah took a couple of years off her age to match her husbands age.

In 1851 It looks like she is a servant at the Waggon and Horses Yard in Leicester (possibly an inn).
In 1861 she is back home in Oadby with parents James and Ann, now stated to be a dressmaker.

I haven't yet found her in 1841, will keep looking.

Looking at the 1841 for James and Ann in Oadby, there is no Sarah listed. However there is a daughter Anne, who is the correct age for Sarah. According to the baptisms, James and Anne never had a daughter Anne, so this is quite likely Sarah,
