You used to be able to get appropriate sized poly pockets and files from a specialist firm, but it may well have gone out of business - the copies of certificates are now usually reduced down to a narrow strip, which is sent on an A4 sheet of paper. I get a lot of marriages from the online parish registers, crop the image and paste that onto an A4 sheet.

I have special inserts and a long binder where I store all of my certs.. I have one binder each for Births, Marriages and Deaths. I had mine from S&N Genealogy Supplies:

ETA: I found that delivery was very quick too.Last edited by Darksecretz; 28-06-22, 08:24.Julie

As Janet says, S&N is the company that sells what you need. Here’s the link to their page for their Long Certificate Binders. You can get them in red, green and black which correspond with B, M, D. They also come in blue I think. I have one each of the first three colours as I have some original Scottish birth certificates which are longer than A4. They also sell inserts and divider cards. I bought the standard quality binders rather than the luxury boxed ones and they do the job fine.
