    Dorcas Annie confusions

    Can anyone cast a fresh eye over this please.

    But my search in the 1921 census came up with this... at Shipton in Wychwood in Oxfordshire.

    Wrong age, wrong place of birth and wrong husband's name -

    So have I gone wrong somewhere? My instinct would be that I have found the wrong person but that's too many coincidences mixed in with the wrong information.

    If she married in 1922 then surely she wouldnt be Bartlett in 1921?

    I can see a Dorcas Annie Skitteral born c1872 in Yeovil in the free index to the 1921 census, so assume this is her?

      So definitely not yours! Just a similarity of names.

        Thank you, Sylvia. That solves the problem I think. I should not have assumed that Dorcas Annie was un unusual name.
