Edward and Richard Few

I am going round in circles. Richard Few was born 1597 in Bishops Canning Wiltshire. He had a son Edward born in the same place in 1606. Now it has taken me quite a while to work out that with those dates it cant be right. I know I committed the mortal sin of not checking but accepting another tree. I have also looked on Family Search and that has these dates. Can anybody help please

Richard Few Bap 1597 was the son of Richard. In addition to Richard and Edward, there were John bap 1599, Jeffery bap 1602, Mary bap 1604. Alexander bap 1608 and Margery bap 1610 all baptised in Bishops Canning with father Richard.

The registers and BTs are on Ancestry.


Also there was a Prascilla (Priscilla?) Few baptised in 1619, with a father Richard, but that may not have been the same Richard.
