The one who died in 1937, Winchester didn't leave a will, but administration was granted to Annie Elizabeth Norgate, widow, if that name means anything?

Just did a search on Familysearch & there's a death of a Thomas Burnett of the right age in South Australia in 1935 you can rule out.

The findagrave entry for him at Waikerie Cemetery has no other info, but a bit of digging reveals that he died 13 December 1935
