  • Can any one decipher this please?

I have two great grandaunts b 1860 and 1871 who took themselves off to London and opened/took over a Milk shop in Greek Street, Soho.

1901 No *Greek St, St Anne. Occ: Dairy (milk) shopkeeper. Own Account
1911 No *Greek St, St Anne. Occ: Dairy Attendant. Own Account

1921 census they are at the same address and probably the same occupation but I cannot work it out.
Elizabeth in her 60's completed the form.

Think it says 'Work at home in shop with'
Presumably the with is meant to indicate the next person on the list?

Ahhh! the whole thing says 'Both work at home in shop with'
'Both' shouldn't be in that column at all!

Think you are right Anne. Got the work at home with but thought it said 'bott' in the first column. Now I see what you said it all makes sense.

      Well Done.
