Help with reading occupation please.

Please can anyone help with this occupation.

The person is listed as Elizabeth Wickenden aged 40 at Hollingborne Kent on Ancestry

I cannot read again on the 1851 census
1851 census.jpg now transcribed as Elizabeth Wisenden age 57 again Hollingborne Kent b. Boughton

It is one of her pupils I am researching and am hoping someone may be able to decipher what she was learning. A clue may be that the lady I am researching had a milliners/ dress shop and the pupils at the school are all girls.
