I confused issue by changing my post, I hadn't realised there was another child.

No I don`t. I have only his birth cert sadly. That is why I am trying to find anything out about him. I only found out yesterday that he served in the army

Update.
I have Edgar`s birth cert now and have also found he married Olive Mary Mirfin in 1938 in Wakefield and they had 2 children. Both Edgar and Olive`s names were as witnesses on brother Harold`s marriage cert.
However I still can`t find a death for him or Olive which add up to birth dates. Edgar was born 20th Jan 1916 and Olive 8th Aug 1916 according to 1939 register.Thanks
