Hi all, if someone is my 3rd cousin 1 x removed and their Nan is my 1st couin 3 x removed does that make her (her Grandfather is my 3 x Great Grabdfather) and my Nan cousins?

If one of her parents and one of your Nan's parents were siblings then she and your Nan will be first cousins.
