Thanks Carolyn, I have asked on BHF if they know of any parish maps that they may help me untangle this godawful mess...lol! for now I have two 1861 entries for Sarah.

I'm a bit undecided whether to get her b/c and m/c I know when and where and what date she married [I have a transcript of it] and I know who her MMN is but what I don't know is her exact DOB.. I will need to get her d/c though as she is my 2xgrt gran.

Not sure if the DoB will help, guess she could have been born Dec through to baptism Feb?

            May never solve it. :(

I wasn't thinking really if her DOB would help solve the census issue... I know she was baptised 23rd Feb 1845 so she would have been 16 on the 1861 census and her birth in the index is JFM 1845 mmn Felton. So all I need the b/cert for is her DOB. I have the transcript of her marriage which gives me all of the necessary info.. only her death cert would tell me what she died of and who registered the death and where she died. [I was sort of talking to myself thinking which do I need]
