    Thanks Elaine.

    Going back to Margaret Morris.
Her father was Edward Bernard Morris b Roscommon c 1833
On his marriage cert 1856 he gives his father as Bernard Morris a farmer.

I couldn't find any Morris Roscommon baps on irishgenealogy.ie/en/ - There are Morris - Roscommon baptisms on this site but it is pay to view:
    https://rootsireland.ie/roscommon/search.php

This is possibly his father, a farmer in Roscommon in 1857.
Just click the search button for two records. (Only need to pick one as they are both for the same page) One is for house and land and the other a bit further down the page is for extra land he rents.

The irishgenealogy.ie church records only cover a few counties, namely Dublin, Cork and Kerry from memory.
I had looked for possible baptisms on FMP for him in Roscommon. These are available to all without subscription via FMP. I found a few possibles as below, but it turns out none of them have a father Bernard. The Irish Catholic parish records are available for free on FMP.
Results here for what they are worth:

However, a lot of the Roscommon parishes do not have records of baptisms from as early as 1833. Tibohine baptism records date from 1 January 1833, if he was indeed from Tibohine as per the Griffiths valuation that Kat found. Frustratingly, we only have 1833 as an approximate year of birth - even if he was just slightly older he is not going to be recorded in Tibohine.
I also searched for him as Edward (although I think his baptismal name is much more likely to have been Bernard) - got these results, but again, neither with father's name Bernard:

still no sign of Margaret though - Spain looks like it would have been squeezed in - but nothing else in Bristol either, odd that we can't find her. Maybe was in Ireland and not Spain or Bristol.

Or this was my shot in the dark!
