A word from a nuncupative will, Moses Collins of Chithurst 1640

Moses Collins was my 9x great grandfather, I'm just tidying up some transcriptions I made but see I have left out a tricky word. Please take a look if you have a moment. Link to Ancestry here

It's the end of the will and the sentence is about the witnesses.

It aught to say in .... regard of which ..... but it doesn't look like that. The context seems to be saying the witnesses were witness to the making his wife the executrix.

Thankyou for looking Anne but I think Oakum Picker has pointed me in the right direction as I had also misinterpreted another word.

I can send this off to the Sussex Family History Group now.

Agree: if I'd read the whole sentence I might have realised!!
