      A couple where I live were about to celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary with a big party etc and we sent off for one of these commemorative certificates - only to be told by the registrar that it was a year too soon, they'd only been married 74 years, lol.

        And don't forget that once you get to a 60th wedding anniversary (Diamond), then you qualify for a card from the Queen, my in-laws got theirs a few years ago, and were very impressed with it. They are then available for very 5 years anniversary afterwards.

          and that is free too, I hadn't realised it was every 5 years until I ordered the 70th, so parents missed out on 65th they were very pleased, and office is so efficient tha they have the record of the certificate so you don't need to send again.

          I didn't know about the certificate, so that saved me some money
