  • Photographs: Cemetery Staveley nr Chesterfield

I was wondering if there is any one near Staveley cemetery near Chesterfield who would be able to take a photograph of a grave plot for me. The Plot does not have a headstone but I do have a plot number MM35. There is a head stone either side with names Dickens and Sandel. I also have a map showing the location of the plot. Entering from the main entrance on Inkersall Rd it is located on the left as you walk in. Walk to the church turn left and then carry on to the next opening and turn right about quarter way down on the left. I do intend to get down at some point but it such as long drive from my home. Thanks in anticipation.

    Hi Rob

I'm not that far away and may be able to get at the weekend. I've just had a look on google maps, and the satellite view isn't that clear. I presume you mean the chapel of rest by church?

Hi Barbara I have also looked at google maps and agree it is not very clear. I think you are right on the plan I have it looks like a church on the right and the a second building a little further in. I have attached a plan of the cemetery this will help.SCAN0096.jpg. Thanks for your offer of help.
