Malwarebytes repeatedly giving warnings

I cannot do the updates on Microsoft essentials as when I try Malwarebytes keeps giving me warning messages it says Malwarebytes has successfully blocked access to a potentially malicious website then gives the number etc 46 37 181 234 but it wont stop giving the warnings and the numbers are all different ???
HELP
