I am sure that is what it says! The left hand and wrist of Walter Robinson.
It appears to be a page from a cemetery register - says he is a car conductor - under the age column it says "amputated".
Disease/cause of death column = accident, street car.
So I would presume he has had some sort of accident as a result of which his hand has been injured/amputated and then buried in the cemetery!Elaine

If you go to the next image No 42 it states that the informant was Walters brother Ernest.
Also that there were no undertakers required. I would think that it was only the remains of Walter that was buried.

If so, could this not be his burial -
If you click on the following page of the image you will see it is the same plot as the hand/wrist.
