Born in Great Yarmouth; birth registered Mar qtr 1848; fourth child of Thomas & Ann Boulter.
In the parental home in 1851 - The Norfolk Tavern, Gaol St, Gt Yarmouth.
7 Aug 1858 - in court for stealing from his mother, reported to be "an incorrigible thief" and to have " formed bad associations." He was ordered to be locked up for a few days and "to be well flogged."
By 1860 Harry's parents and younger siblings had moved to Coity near Swansea, where his father went into business as a foreign fruit importer. Harry Joseph wasn't with them and I can't find him in 1861 or later census
(Harry Joseph, not to be confused with a much younger brother, Joseph Daniel)
I can't find any trace of THIS Harry Boulter post 1858.
