We moan a lot about the subscription sites we use, so thought I would like to share a "well done " with you all.
I couldn't download an image I needed from the ships passenger lists on FMP, so contacted their customer support, as suggested in the error message.
Typed a couple of reports to e-mail to contacts and when I went to the mailbox, there were 2 messages from FMP - an acknowledgement, explanation of the problem and promise of the image I needed AND a second mail sending the required image.
So, thankyou for such prompt and efficient service, Victoria at FMP support.;D
