Awkward for one of the Kellys

On 4th Jan 1859 John James Kelly was baptised in Liverpool. His father was either Nechab or Rechab Kelly an Estate Agent. Looking for confirmation in Biblical names I didnt find a suitable match so I checked Ancestry Census 1861 where, at the same address, is the family only father is Richard Kelly.
I am not researching this man only transcribing records but he has made life difficult for those wishing trace him.

Well, either of the names is possible of course, Nechabudnezar and Rechab are both biblical (OT) names.
