Anybody know much Jewish people and wills ?

Seems odd but I've only found one of mine in the probate records and I know they had money, were they averse to leaving wills ?

I don't know about Jewish people in particular but I suspect, in such a family oriented community, that money & assets were passed before the death to others to minimise death taxes etc.
