A member of my family was married at St. Peter ad Vincula in the Tower of London around the 1860's. Can anyone tell me, please, which register office I should apply to to get a copy of the marriage certificate.

According to Genuki the Tower of London came under Whitechapel and the registers are now held by Tower Hamlets.
You can do a search on their BMD index as well ... http://www.thbmd.co.uk/ordering.phpElaine

Is there any chance that those marriage registers would be amongst the LMA records on Ancestry?
