FTM 2012/web search problem

Now I have the 2012 on this laptop I have imported my ancestry tree into it, all fine and good. This morning I thought Id use the web search faciity from the FTM but when the results appear I am unable to view them. I get the message, basically, if you want to see the details, sign up with ancestry now. I have registered the 2012 and activated the sub.

Hi Heather,

This happened to me when I loaded FTM 2011 and activated the 6 months' membership.

I telephoned Ancestry's freephone no. 0800 404 9723, and the very helpful young lady sorted it out for me.
