Ooooh ... brain damage must be catching! I found it on Ancestry and compared it with the rest of the page but am not really any wiser. I THINK its the name of a road and there are plenty of others on the page with similar looking bits after their names. People with local knowledge might be able to get it. Sorry! :(

      Here's the link

          thank everyone for looking.

yes it is the ancestry link, and i am a local but i'll be bug***** if its from round here.

my susannah was born in 1708 in Bradwell, Buckinghamshire, i have the record of her giving birth to a bastard son (goodman) in 1734 in bucks, but from there zippo, no marriage or death only this link, her siblings stayed in bucks until the next generation when they migrated to stepney and bethnal green, london

should add the family name is meacham but in the early records it varies through mecham, mechem, micum, mitcham, micham

all blood curdling, brain rotting stuff lol

'of Wap' - short for Wapping perhaps.

The place names on that page seem to be abbreviated, and I think the first word is probably Wap (presumably short for Wapping), as in the entry above it. No idea about the second word, though.

The 2nd word refers to status of some sort. Looks a bit like 'Pen' - pensioner? but not likely to be yours then.
