  • When and where did Albert die?

Albert James William Allport emigrated from UK to Canada in 1904. I dont know his exact dob or death but he was born c 1879. He married Fannie Louisa Arrowsmith in 1910 in Canada. I don't know when or where she died but she was born c 1877 in England. Any help gratefully appreciated.

head to your library and ask them if they have ancestry. most do, and you can usually just get straight on the computer as soon as you ask about it!

I am afraid they dont. I am trying to decide if it is FMP or Ancestry I need to join.

If you are looking for Canadian records then I don't think you will have much luck with Findmypast.
You would need to check the Ancestry website to see what databases they have which might be of help to you.
If they returned to the UK then either FMP or Ancestry would have a death registration.

Have you looked on the Canada page in our reference library to see if there are any other websites which might be of help.
