1911 Census lookup requested

I'm looking for the whereabouts of 4 siblings in the 1911 England (possibly Wales) census:

Lilian Gordon Bickford born 1892
Gladys Winifred Bickford born c1893
William Howard Bickford born c1901
Nancy Margaret Bickford born c1904

They may have been with their father George Gordon Bickford (born 1862), but he was probably away at sea and I'm keen to know who they were living with (and where) as their mother had died in 1906.
