Samuel or Thomas on Baptism

I think I am going mad according to this Samuel Keen a Twine Spinner and Jane Keen are the parents of Samuel?
But I can only see a Thomas ???

I can only see the same Val and I have checked the page before and the one after too.

Is it not the second entry up from the bottom on the left hand page. In column for parents' names it has ditto, i.e. the same as the one above which is Samuel and Jane.

Has Ditto in abode and trade columns as well!

ooh I thought that said Miller not ditto ?? so are they twins then ? anybody as it looks like they were both born the same date 21 Oct 1861 ???
