Army Records

[Morfydd from Mid Glam]

I would like to obtain my Dad's and my Grandfather's army records.
My Grandfather served in India from about 1920 and my Dad was in the medical co after WW2.
I cannot remember where I need to contact to obtain their records.
Can someone advise me please?
