  • 1911 help please

I am trying to find a 1911 census for Barnett in Newhaven on Ancestry. I have found the entry on the summary books, but can't find the actual page. The summary is: http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bin...806585&recoff=

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

    Thanks
    Linda

When I do a search of 1911 on Ancestry, I don't get any choice for Sussex.
I tried looking for another name on the summary page but no luck.
Perhaps it is available on Findmypast.
I have been having the same problem with my Hampshire rellies - no choice to enter Hampshire on the dropdown menu.
Really strange -o r is it just me.
Perhaps these areas haven't been added yet but I thought it was complete???

Looking at the top of the page, it says, Sussex, Southease, District 13, but in the census I can only find Southease, District 12.

In the Newhaven area - I'm a bit confused as what district they've put in under.

How odd, when I try to find it, it goes back to the summary book.

Its Rodwell, Southease on the summary list

Have you got him on the 1901? So we can at least enter more detail in a search?

The names I'm looking for are Michael George and Rose Annie Barnett, both born in Kent, him in 1879, her in 1875.

Yayyy I found them - they're under Sussex, Rodmell, ED12, Schedule no. 63 (?!). Obviously there was a mistake somewhere, as it does say schedule No. 54 in the summary book. Thanks to all who helped me track them down, especially Val.
