I have checked their website, after being in touch with St Nicholas, Thames Ditton, Surrey. The History Centre holds the parish records for St Nicholas.

The Baptism I am looking for is Caroline Emily Roberts born about 1810 Thames Ditton. This info was given on 1851 census - she died before the 1861 one.
Fairly sure she was protestant so as St Nicholas was the only C of E church, hoping she was bap there. As an adult, she was always known as Emily but marriage register has her name as Caroline. Her direct descendants confirm these details are correct.
Have no other information about her family except a witness at her marriage in St Pancras Old Church, London in 1826 was M Roberts. Nothing shows on Ancestry or Family Search IGI.
So this is our only hope of finding out more about her family of origin.
Many thanks if you can help by getting the details of the bap if there - don't need copy of it.
