  • Can anyone trace Elizabeth back from 1881 please?

    Details from the 1881 seem to show she has London origins and might open a few doors for research;

    have tried looking for the 1871 using the info provided.

    Only one that can match from the birth index is an Elizabeth Goulson born 1863 Lutterworth, BUT she is with her parents on the 1881 :(

      Got her in my tree already, just can't find a birth or bapt for an Elizabeth c1864, Middlesex or London which seems a bit odd. Truth be told there isn't much of anything in the bmd for the name and I can pretty much match them all up in my tree with a couple of exceptions.

          It's not impossible that the two entries are the same person. Sometimes a head erroneously included a family member who was not at home on census night and was already included elsewhere.
