I have a tracesmart sub so can look at electoral rolls up to 2012 if needed but can only search on a name.

Oh sorry, I thought Jean was referring to the new online London electoral rolls.

There is no trace of the person Jean is looking for in the current registers the last entry is for 2003 and it is clear someone else is living there now. There is a daughter we think for whom there is a possible current address so Jean is going to write and see if she can get a lead from her.
No easy access to recent deaths is a big problem in cases like this.
