Looking for 2 x Great Grandfathers Death Record

I’m trying to find a death record for my 2 x Great grandfather occupation a tailor, born 26 Dec 1805 Shoreditch, London.

I have him on the 1851 Census living at 44, Maria Street, Shoreditch with his wife and family.

The last record I have of him is he was present at his wife’s death on 24 Oct 1854 at 44 Maria Street.

I have checked the address on the 1861 census and a different family was living there. So far I haven’t found any record of him after his wife’s death.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

found him in 1851 Robert Sullivan born 1806 Tailor from Shoreditch

1861 think this is him
Robert Sullivan abt 1806 Bethnal Green Tailor
4 Little Pearl Street
Spitalfields
with wife Jane abt 1815 Blackford according to census Middlesex .

Sorry about the names, his name is Robert Sullivan and his wife name is Elisabeth.

Val I have the same record and I’m 75% certain it’s him but I can’t find a marriage record for Robert and Jane, so there is no way of verifying it. Even if it is the same Robert Sullivan I still can’t find a death record for him.

I found him; do you know anywhere where I can get more details such as the DOB other than ordering the certificate?

not really Malcolm it does not state it on deaths that early and it may not tell you on the death cert anyway ??? I still have a funny feeling he might be the one in 1861 with Jane ?? but not had much luck finding anything .
