I dont recognise any of the names with this Cecil. His mother was Ruth BERRIDGE,nee RICHARDSON. If any of the family that you found had any RICHARDSON's living with/near them , them I would have thought ,yes thats him. But as it is, the only likely idea would be if his mother's mother had remarried.
