can anybody read the bottom info ? does it say Mrs A I Knight Wife? and the heading on the last column is smeary what does it say and the facts in those columns thanks eg; marriages and ages ??? thanks

I assume this cert is from Victoria; I'm more familiar with NSW death certs, which give the names of the surviving children of the marriage(s) and their ages at the time of the deceased's death.

His wife may have died before that, but not necessarily. They could have divorced (although it would be very unusual in those days except for the rich), or they might have just separated and he remarried bigamously (as at least one of my Australian ancestors did).
What was his first wife's name, and her parents' names? Did she emigrate with Frederick?

thats the funny part Caroline/Catherine his first Wife migrated with two of the children in 1855 wthout him he is here in 1861 saying single ,she took Emma who died out there in 1858 and Adelaide who married out there, cannot find either of the other two Phoebe and Caroline after 1851?
