I'm not at home at the mo but there was a Thomas Rivers with wife Ellen and a son Thomas on 1881 census. I didn't look any further as we weren't sure who you wanted.

Some one will probably be able to answer all this for you before I get home.

I'm not sure but there may be some PR on ancestry that might help as well.

Found the bap of twins on ancestry.

George Edmund Rivers and Peter McKay Rivers born 20 Oct 1880 and bap 14 Nov 1880 at St John the Evangelist Lambeth. Parents Thomas and Ellen Wilson Rivers and Thomas was a labourer living at 2 Manners St Lambeth

Peter McKay Rivers marries Grace Skinner in 1904 on ancestry and father Thomas is deceased just to narrow Thomas' death down if you don't have it
