- if any children?

I've looked on the index and found LILY b1890 Coventry / aged 21

You can find the image from the summary books information.

Go to the 1911 England Census
On the right hand side select County/Parish/Sub registration district/ED (from summary book information) - you will then go to page 1 of the images (see top right of image where is says page 1 of xxx)
Go back to the summary book information and see what the household schedule number is - double it - and go to that page of the images.
It should take you to the actual page although you may need to scroll backward or forwards a couple of pages to find the correct image.
