  • How do you put a frame around a picture

I have just got Photoshop Elements 8. I understand you can put a nice frame around your picture but just cannot find out how to do so.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction.

    Many thanks.

1 open photo in full editor
    2 choose window >effects
3 select the photo effects its over on right hand side
4 from dropdown list select frames then drag and drop selected frame on to photo.

For more frames with photo, open in full edit select create.from dropdown menu select greeting cards then print with local printer select frame drag and drop on to photo
if you google jackstechcorner he has a lot of free videos on all subjects regarding photoshop elements only

hope you can make sense of it
