    I haven't followed this lady after her marriage, Julie DS has just reminded me of her, can anyone find her in the '91 onwards please, known details posted for reference

                Doesn't appear to have been does she? Maybe illness, childbirth, could be a number of possibles, though to be fair even without the cert I'm pretty confident it's her.

                            Well his mum was born Marston, two lots of the family lived there, one the blacksmiths, the others were farmers and the descendants went onto to be grocers in Lincoln, Newark and Grantham.

                                  Thanks Julie. Nothing else obvious in the bmd for William G that i can find at present but the census stuff looks interesting, I think the Brown connections to Marston are fairly strong too (from memory some estate documents mention the family names).
