      I don't have access to ancestry but if it is information off of a census then i could still help with year and place for richard jacks.

            It's Post Office AND (ampersand) something. Could be Provisioner but spelt incorrectly.

                I agree on Provisioner. Back in times gone by it was a common event, especially in backwoods Oz for a grocery store to be combined with
                the post office especially in small country towns.
