Video discs help please

I have 2 x mini discs that I want to transfer to a larger disc.
I want to be able to date them and add titles. This was not done on the original mini discs. Is there a programme available that will do this please?

If you use a CD burning program such as Nero, this has the option of adding these things to files that you import from another source
