My Ancestry tree

Could anyone tell me why I can't view details of some living relatives on my own tree?

The only thing I can think of is that you privatised the file before uploading it to Ancestry, therefore hiding details of living people on upload.

How did you create your tree - on Ancestry or on your computer using a family tree program?

I just created it on Ancestry.

I don't log out. I can see myself but not my sons

I have just given a cousin access to the tree and to living people, and he said he couldn't see them. So I checked and I can't see them either

Sorry Pat, no idea. I cannot see any settings that you would need to change. Sounds like an Ancestry problem.

I'd give Ancestry a ring on their free phone number. They are usually quite good at sorting problems out and usually try to do it whilst you are still on the phone.
