If you use the "advanced search", you could put in that address detail, put just the surname in the principal surname search box, and also in "Other members of the household" surname-box and then put Lilian in the first name box in that extra section.

You might be able to prise mor info from the 1911 by putting that info into the other 1911 database searches on FMP and GR.
