  • Could anyone make this photo clearer for me please?

    Hi Everyone,

I haven't been around for a while due to plenty of commitments. I've managed to grab a couple of photographs from relatives and this beauty was amongst them.

The baby is my great grandmother who was born in June 1907.

I'm afraid the image is too large to post (I've used my own blog to host)

    Here is the link...

I scanned 300dpi and this is the size it happened to be..

    Hope somebody can help...

    Beth

Hi Beth, I have tried to snag it but unfortunately I can't save it, don't know if someone else can, or if theres a problem with it. Won't know until someone else tries, sorry.

I managed to snag it Beth but sadly it doesn't matter what I attempt to do to it by way of cleaning and clarifying, it keeps reverting back to type........so makes no difference to it's appearance unfortunately.
Perhaps someone with more tricks up their sleeves can improve on it for you. Good luck with it. It's a lovely picture.

Thank you Alan, Jen and Astro Lady...

I had a feeling it would be difficult because of the actual image. It's a scan of a scan. The person who has the original image wouldn't let my Nan borrow it, so the sister lent her the scan they took of it. A little sad really.

                  Thank you so much.. :D
