    Brookwood Asylum, Woking, Surrey

    I am looking for information on Brookwood Asylum. Especially admittance records between 1881 and 1891 and then also the death records for 1893. I assume they are at the Surrey records office and the NA, but at the moment getting to them for me is a bit tricky!

    can anyone help? I am looking for a certain person who shows up on the 1891 census in Brookwood and classed as a lunatic.

    A look up would be fantastic, but I do appreciate that it takes time.

    If no-one offers to do a look-up, try e-mailing the Centre- I was able to get an asylum file from another RO quite easily by e-mail.
