My great grandmother Hannah P Bagshaw died in 1922 in Lancashire. Would the cause of death be available anywhere?

Here's the reference Mike, in case you don't have it?
      Hannah P Bagshaw - Oct-Dec quarter of 1922 - aged 63 - Bolton Lancashire - 8c 391

It doesn't seem to be available on the Lancashire BMD site. If you want to try through the local office though, rather thatn the GRO this is likely to be the office concerned -
The Register Office, Mere Hall, Mere Hall Street, Bolton, BL1 2QT.
      Tel: 01204 331185. Fax: 01204 525125.
