Is there a program that can cope with marriage of cousins?

I'm tidying up the family tree in FTM 2008 to print a copy to share with family.
MIL married a distant cousin so when I print off the descendents of GGG grandfather MIL and FIL appear twice in the Generation report. This irks OH.

I also have this problem on my side (a very major issue in my tree)

Has anyone come across a family tree program that can deal with this issue and only report an individual once in a report .

I think that most of them do cope with this situation, but try Family Historian it is excellent and very versatile, you can get a free trial for I think 30 days.
