Have you found any of these on a census.
Do you have a parish for their place of birth.

Just going by the names you have there it looks as if could be this family on the 1841 census.
      Household
      Henry Hardman 35
      Ann Hardman 35
      Henry Hardman 2 MO
      Barberry Sutcliffe 15
      John Sutcliffe 10
      Mary Sutcliffe 10
      William Sutcliffe 8
      Ann Sutcliffe 6
      Sarah Sutcliffe 3
      Robert Sutcliffe 2
      living in Bury, Lancashire

Class: HO107; Piece 505; Book: 2; Civil Parish: Bury; County: Lancashire; Enumeration District: 12A; Folio: 4; Page: 3; Line: 15

Can you confirm this is the right family?

If it is the right family then maybe they are Ann's children from a previous marriage.

There is a marriage on freeBMD between a Henry Hardman and Ann Sutcliffe in 1840 4th quarter in Haslingden registration district - confirmed on LancsBMD site as well

What makes you think the mother might be Mary?

Sutcliffe may not be their mother's maiden name. It's possible that she was married previously and her first husband has died, she then marries Henry Hardman in 1840 but the children retain their birth name.

Where have you found this listing of siblings? Do you have their places of birth? Have you found any baptisms?

AT this stage of browsing, I'd guess that they've made a match (and cobbled things up a bit!) with this set in 1851:
                Abraham SUTCLIFFE, W, 49
                Samuel HARTLEY 30 S-i-L
                Mary HARTLEY 27 Dtr
                Nancy SUTCLIFFE 25 Dtr
                Elizabeth SUTCLIFFE 19 Dtr
                Robert SUTCLIFFE 12 Son
all born and living in Rochdale

Intriguingly, there's a family in Burnley with a son Hartley SUTCLIFFE, 16.

I think you really need to get the birth certificate of one of the children who was born after the start of civil registration - that would show you the parents' names including mother's maiden name. The problem you have of course is that if you don't have a parish of birth then it may be difficult to find the correct birth registration.
Do they just give Lancashire as place of birth on all census entries?

Just looking at the trees on Ancestry, did Barbara(Barberry) Sutcliffe marry Timothy Binns?

If so this looks like them on the 1851 census
Timothy Binns c 1824 Addingham, Yorkshire - head
Barbary Binns c1825 Trawden, Lancashire - wife
Mary Hannah Sutcliffe c1849 Keighley, Yorkshire - step daughter
Maryaret Ann Binns c 1850 Keighley, Yorkshire - daughter
Mary Sutcliffe c1783 Trawden, Lancashire - Mother-in-Law (transcribed as Amry Sutcliffe on Ancestry)

                    living in Keighley

                    HO107; Piece: 2287; Folio: 247; Page: 3;

If the above is correct then this could be them in 1841
Mary Sutcliffe c1786 - occ Worster weaver
Mary Sutcliffe c 1823 - occ Factory girl
                    Barbara Sutcliffe c1825

                    living in Keighley, Yorkshire

                    HO107; Piece 1316; Book: 8; Civil Parish: Keighley; County: Yorkshire; Enumeration District: 19; Folio: 4; Page: 1; Line: 12;

... which probably means that the list of siblings which matches the 1841 census I found is not your family.

Can you confirm that your Barbara married Timothy Binns.

I was trying to see if there were anything on Lancs OPC or on Lancs BMD. No luck, so far.

There's a Lancs OPC baptism 20 Mar 1825 at Trawden for Barbara SUTLIFE, b 10 Feb 1825, d/o Joseph SUTLIFE & Mary (formerly SHAW).

I suspect that that is the Barbara BINNS, above.

We need to be a bit careful - this Lancs OPC burial could relate to that 1841 Barberry.

4 Feb 1845, Newchurch in Rossendale, Barbara SUTCLIFFE, aged 19.
