Is there any connection here, to BLEWETT?
    RG12/1371 fo 146 p 25

PS - I haven't spotted a suitable death for Henry, even though that Rebecca is a widow.

PPS - Looks like that is unlikely to be the right one: your Rebecca's maiden name is CORNWELL, so her mother would have to have remarried after Rebecca's birth to be Mrs POOLE.

Researching: BENNETT (Leics/Birmingham-ish) - incl. Leonard BENNETT in Detroit & Florida ; WARR/WOR, STRATFORD & GARDNER/GARNAR (Oxon); CHRISTMAS, RUSSELL, PAFOOT/PAFFORD (Hants); BIGWOOD, HAYLER/HAILOR (Sussex); LANCASTER (Beds, Berks, Wilts) - plus - COCKS (Spitalfields, Liverpool, Plymouth); RUSE/ROWSE, TREMEER, WADLIN(G)/WADLETON (Devonport, E Cornwall); GOULD (S Devon); CHAPMAN, HALL/HOLE, HORN (N Devon); BARRON, SCANTLEBURY (Mevagissey)...

This lot must be the part of the same family:
      RG12/427 fo 25 p 43

But the Henry C is the father, and too old.

They might though be in Cook County, Illinois in 1900
        Year of immigration 1890
Henry C Blewitt 49 born England, Florist
        Rebecca, Emily, Arthur, Charles

Perhaps you should look for them overseas? The FMP migration records don't start until 1890, but emigration would certainly account for them disappearing like that.

(Hadn't seen JonnyB's posting before this - but that looks likely.)

If it is them in Illinois, there are death records for Henry Charles Blewitt (1937, born 1848), Rebecca Blewitt (nee Cornwell), son Arthur
+ possible marriages for Arthur and Emily online on Record Search pilot or Family Search Beta
