    Hi Val
The actual register inthe LMA records says he was from the parish of Welwyn in the county of Herts & she was from the parish of St Andrew Holborn.

On this occasion the baptism Elizabeth found suggests George was born in Welwyn but don't forget the parish named on marriage records is where the person was "of" at the time of the marriage, not necessarily the place they originally came from.

              Val

1841 census doesn't tell you which parish anyone comes from. It just says whether or not they were born in the county they were living in at the time of the census.
