I can't find that street at all in 1851 or 1861. Have you found it in any other census? -
The TNA has a street listing for those censuses, but you need to know which census registration district Mile End was in. In 1851, Mile End Old Town Lower seems to be in Stepney, which doesn't appear to include Storer Street. Not sure which district Mile End Old Town Upper was in.
In 1861, Mile End was a registration district in its own right, and it gives you the census references for Storer Street:
According to this site there was an Upper Storer Street and Little Storer Street in Mile End in 1891:

In 1861 there may be a Cross family at 6 Upper Storer Street, north side (the house number isn't given, but it comes after 4 and 5; might be no. 5 dittoed, though):

hi and thanks Mary not found it on any census no , its an address a Bride gives on her marriage in 1860 ,was hoping to see somebody I recognised living there, but sadly no .Comment
